The North Coast Cooperative's beef products are the cornerstones of our meat department. Locally raised beef is important to us as it fulfills the Co-op's mission - to sustain the communities where our members live.

We have a great relationship with our rancher, Lee Mora and Humboldt Grassfed Beef. It's important to us that the beef we sell is of super high quality, tastes wonderful, is raised free range and is not given antibiotics or growth hormones. It's also critical to us to have a steady supply throughout the year. Humboldt Grassfed Beef works closely with the Co-op to follow the protocols that we need and to provide what we believe is the best beef in the area. We are proud of our relationship with Lee and are pleased that it allows us to provide such high quality beef to our customers.
